South by Southwest
South by Southwest (SXSW) is more than a festival. This major event held in Austin, in March of each year, is a combination of film and music festivals, with conferences and interactive media experiences that focus on innovative technologies.
The SXSW music festival is one of the largest music festivals in the world, boasting more than 2,000 musicians during the course of the event. It is a great opportunity for new performers to showcase their talents, and for music fans to take in some of their favorites.

Dickens on the Strand
Step back in time with Dickens, at the Dickens on the Strand festival held annually each December on Galveston Island. This vibrant street festival features five stages with entertainment for the whole family, roving musicians, jugglers, bagpipe players, and a range of other Victorian-dressed entertainers. Great Texas Mosquito Festival
